A Colorful Journey From Pills to Performance
Ms. P forgot to carry her sleeping pills 💊 when she traveled🧳 and could sleep peacefully💤 without them. She was amazed at this capability. That is when she realized the power of the coaching program.
She was in my {1-1 transformation+mentalfitness} bundle. Ms. P was one of the most disciplined 🥇coaching clients I have ever encountered. Ms. P was very much coachable, and I thoroughly enjoyed coaching her.
Ms. P had faced many issues in life over the past decade that led to her self-sabotaging behaviors. To manage her thinking 💭patterns, she started filling her plate with a lot of tasks and a lot of goals. While she kept herself busy, her automatic triggers impacted her overall well-being. She got caught in the wrong thinking patterns, and emotional suppression ultimately led to vicious cycles of anxiety and sleeplessness.
She learned the principles of discernment, and I saw a fundamental issue concerning utilizing her energy between personal and professional obligations. She started reflecting on her daily patterns and getting aware of

While reorganizing her life, Ms. P reinvolved her habits of painting🎨, singing🎶, and storytelling📖.
Her peers recognized her growth in her MBA classes and acknowledged her positive shift. She started helping others in a similar zone like her, filled them with courage, and guided them in the right direction↗️. Her self-care (physical and emotional) started to show in her confidence levels and outward interactions in social space and the work environment.
Interaction with the right people encourages the correct type of energy and vice versa. I’m glad she found a favorable energy exchange as we progressed, helping her create a positive shift. By the end of the program, one could see a noticeable change in her energy and enthusiasm levels.
I’m delighted to learn from her that the medication she needs regularly has also reduced considerably. (Note: Severe medical issues related to health issues are not the domain of my program – those are for medical professionals to handle. However, when your energy is towards positive interactions, it helps to reduce the extent of medical intervention)
