How did turn the stressing into a blessing?

In less than 1️⃣8️⃣ months, I had 5️⃣ supervisor changes.   On top of it, grueling integration challenges with an acquired firm. How did I turn the stressing into a blessing?

Every time there was a supervisor change, It wasn’t easy to accept. 
 
It is not uncommon for us to have a new boss🧑‍💼. Unless you are lucky, the new boss will be different from your previous boss👩‍💼.  He could have different values, his own biases based on feedback received, and different working style. 
 
However, every time, it triggered my survival responses in my head🧠.  
 
The 🤔that pop up  in my head🧠 were
 
❌I built so much rapport with my supervisor, so do I need to prove it again?
❌How do I bond with him?
❌Did I lose a few more years in waiting for my growth?
❌Why is this happening in this organization?
❌Are people starting to consider me incapable of not moving out?
❌Are people using me?
❌Are bosses moving out as they dont want to be in this place?
❌What if he is not the right person with the right skills?  
 
What happens inside us because of this thought💭 process is highly linked to the biological process🧬of humans. 
 
It creates a threat⚠️response in the brain and activates survival tendencies. 
 
➡️How to manage ourselves in such volatile situations?
➡️How can we turn such change into a routine? 
 
I had to manage and fight three aspects.
🔴 Resistance to accept
🔴 Respecting the differences 
🔴 Biases in my mind
 
The key🗝️lies in 3️⃣ aspects.

🥈The alter ego of bias is “performance”.
🥇 The alter ego of working style is to “acceptance”.
🥉 The alter ego of values is “values themselves”

The root of success is adaptability, and continuous, consistent performance 📊.

Good Leadership does not make frequent changes, and it is influenced by the environment and in the interest of the organization’s success.  

As you unlearn and learn, the satisfaction within automatically drives adaption. Very soon, it dawns on you that a new boss is not a threat but rather an opportunity to grow personally and otherwise. 

Once learned, the skill🤹 is repeatable 🔁.
