How can you resign without telling me?

I was agitated 😔 when a close friend🧑🤝🧑 I referred to a company resigned without informing me. The founders who took him based on my recommendation started calling📞 me to learn about this unplanned move of his. They were enquiring about this incident, and I had no clue🗝️ about it.

When I got him the job, I thought I was a rescuer⛑️; this event made me a victim🤕. I did stay as a Victim for some hours; Then I became a prosecutor 👨⚖️, judging my close friend.

This event violated my blueprint🗺️ of life and beliefs💭 and started draining my energy⚡. I got emotionally hijacked, and unconsciously, I entered the so-called “Karpman’s Drama Triangle.🔺”

I lashed him out without even allowing him to explain.

My self-awareness🪞 kicked in soon. I challenged my thinking and realized this was not how to deal with the issue. I coached myself that I must talk non-judgemental and with an open mind and decided to take a beginner’s mind🔍to this issue. I called him later and asked him what made him make this decision⚖️.

My friend openly explained that he did not find this job helpful and did not want to retake my help as he felt burdened by taking my support for the 2️⃣nd time. This answer transformed my entire thinking patterns 💭. Once you consciously move out of these roles (rescuer, victim, prosecutor), you stop🛑 the game and drama 🎭 stop too.

None of this means you care less about people. It means you’ll be able to make better choices for yourself and others. Awareness of the Drama Triangle can avoid slipping you into these unconscious and wrong zones and roles.

This is a crucial tool🔦 to strengthen your leadership presence.
