A Few Leadership lessons from my boss
One of my supervisors took on the responsibility of leading the business unit at a very turbulent time, and we were all very anxious.
We never realized, and it was almost 2️⃣ years under his leadership, and the time has come for a farewell meeting with him.
When we entered the meeting, everyone has mixed emotions.
He rallied the team, joined the pieces, chalked out the process, and made the unit a $1bn unit!
Each of those leaders had learned something from him. When leaders were sharing their experiences, I stored them for my inspiration. I am presenting them today as leadership nuggets💡
They all pointed to one cohesive form of effective leadership – his approach was very consultative and empowering.
