She Positively Channeled Her Energy …and She Transformed!
The pleasure of coaching Savita Pawar and her daughters was immense, especially when one of her daughters is currently a national-level rifle shooting champion🏆
Today’s Story comes via Savita, an experienced IT professional and a leader with whom I had the pleasure of working closely for many years.
Our previous healthy working relationship and her trust in my approach helped her join the program with a curious mind🧠
I have always seen Savita as a go-getter 🏃♂️with a fairly assertive approach.
One of the things she told me when she approached me was that her network of friends, colleagues, and family always advised her to focus on her weakness, i.e., her being overly assertive which had become a recurring topic.
This is definitely a beneficial energy⚡, and when positively channelized➰, it can be a winning quality.
Our focus was on how to channel positive strengths toward goals⛳. When this energy is moderated and complimented with collaboration skills, it can act as a critical ingredient for success🎯!
To achieve her desired outcomes, I created a 5-step customized process📃.
Fly High Zone: Customized Coaching Process with @coachdilip
Gain emotional alignment✔️ – When there was concerted feedback from the family, she felt a need to change. We worked on a visualization process of carrying the behaviors into the future, which created intense self-awareness for her.
Clarity of purpose🔎: A critical outcome of the program is identifying a simple question: What do we want? By objectively evaluating our behavior and reaction to events, we worked on clarifying her key purpose in everything she does.
Focus on your strengths💪 – The program’s objective was not to attempt to change her; instead, the focus was on modifying key behaviors to manage her weaknesses effectively with her natural strengths of collaboration and people focus.
Get Rid of Limiting beliefs ❎– When we sometimes believe that “we are born like this” and cannot change, that automatically becomes self-limiting and keeps us rigidly in our behavior jail! We worked with her to eliminate these limitations.
Building Right habits⚒️ – Mobile games were her way of “relaxing,” as she put it! However, this is not a solution but an escape and is not very productive. We worked together to steer her towards more effective and nurturing behavior like Reading and meditation to create a structural change in the thought process.
She focused on key behavioral shifts to achieve her outcomes.
Her outcomes were massive in a short period

➕Professional growth with the right role 📈– Savita changed her future role, and her new approach was already noticeable and yielded positive results due to the clarity she gained in the program.
➕ Channeling Natural energy🪴 – By properly channeling her overly assertiveness toward problem-solving and collaboration, she noticed better results for shared outcomes.
➕ Learned to manage the emotional budget ⚖️- By identifying which issues were important enough to spend her emotional balance on and deprioritizing the rest, she could consciously apply her positive behavior without lapsing into a default mindset.
➕ Practices acceptance🧘♀️ – Accepting the emotional experience and conscious use of our program techniques, she saw interpersonal equations improve at work and home.
➕ Evolved into an enabler of change 🦋- Coupled with the clarity of purpose, she empowered her transition and became a role model for her family. Savita found herself handling issues in a different, more productive way.
The gratifying outcome of working with Savita was that she encouraged her daughters to join the program.
One of her daughters Nishi Pawar, a national-level🇮🇳 rifle shooter, attended our Mindfulness and Mental fitness program to improve her focus and emotional stability.

She also saw positive results and stated that her negativity reduced sharply post the program. She is seeing very positive results in her sport and is immensely happy with her results. Being able to pull herself up during an adverse event in a highly competitive sport is critical in becoming a national champion.
Savita has also been attending extra sessions of relevance to keep up to date on the techniques and take feedback. She mentioned that she sometimes lapses into old behavior, but follow-up sessions reassured her that this was normal and expected.
The transformation process is always gradual, not an absolute milestone but a continuous journey🛣.
