Values Based Leadership – Driving Vision
As a mid-management professional, Vijaykrishna Ramalingam was explicitly looking for direction in his career and was highly inquisitive about behaviors he needed to develop to excel in his role and become effective. As a mid-manager, he sought direction and clarity on his leadership journey. Vijay wants to make sure his career choices have internal alignment to have a fulfilled leadership role.
Vijay, a Seasoned Product Manager at a Fortune 200 IT company, called me approximately a year📅 back at 🕙 PM in the night🌃 and asked if I could enroll in my “Effective Leadership” coaching program. Vijay said my friend, who is a similar profile to me, attended your program and strongly recommended this. When Vijay called me, we bearly knew each other. However, I noticed eagerness and discipline to follow through.
Effective Leadership – Program StructureMr. Vijaykrishna joined “Effective Leadership,” a bundled leadership coaching program. They contain a series of coaching programs built on the inside-out framework, which makes one blossom🌸 as an effective leader
One program he attended that served his ask was the “Leadership Values” program. This program creates awareness of innermost core values. Core values act as a guiding light from the inside.
In addition to finding core values, participants also get exposure to the “Barret Consciousness Framework”

This awareness had multiple trickle-down benefits across his personal and professional environments. Vijay discovered his core values are mapped to Barrett’s Leadership Consciousness Framework, which clearly showed how his energies are focused.
After finishing the program, when asked, Vijay explained the many Personal and professional benefits he derived by attending this program.
